Narrative: Bob Wheeler found Incline Village in 1965 while a member of the US Air Force's elite Pararescue force. Parachuting into Lake Tahoe was an experience that remained with him for his service career. After 20 years of Pararescue service, Bob settled at Incline Village and met his future wife, M.J., a real estate broker in Incline Village. They married, raise M.J.'s three girls and opened Wheeler Associates Real Estate firm in 1986. The identical twin daughters and their younger sister graduated from San Diego State University and came home to join the firm in 1994 as broker/salespersons, get married, and settle, once again, in Incline to raise their own families. The combined experience of the Wheeler clan in the local real estate market exceeds 70 years. As a proud grandfather of six, Bob spends his off hours with family and golf, a sport he has been addicted to since 1965. Bob's 29 years of real estate sales and service have been rewarding. He has been recognized as the Citizen of the Year for Incline Village/Crystal Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Realtor of the Year for the Incline Village Board of Realtors and the recipient of the distinguished Don Beck Award for his efforts in protecting property rights.
